UBERT on the Gulfood 2010 in Dubai
This year for the first time UBERT GASTROTECHNIK GMBH, Raesfeld, were represented at their own stand at the Gulfood-show in Dubai. With the Middle East and its neighboring regions identified as one of the key growth markets for the food and beverage industry, Gulfood attracted more than 45.000 industry professionals to Dubai and an unprecedented 3.300 companies exhibited there.
This year’s Gulfood returned with the biggest show in its 23-year history. The Middle East premier food, drink, foodservice and hospitality exhibition occupied more than one million square feet of exhibitions space at Dubai International Convention Center (DICEC) from 21 – 24 February.
UBERT after the show was very content with the response and interest in the exhibited equipment. In preparing this important show, we had decided to exhibit the five main product lines from our range of equipment: RoFry® - Low Fat, More Taste, CONVEX-Rotisseries, Deli-Cabinets GourmetLine, Frontcooking Equipment as well as the brand new line of Multi-Level drop-in cabinets. Especially RoFry®, UBERT’s unique frying technology without additional oil, turned out as a crowd-puller and with its oven-fresh French Fries it attracted a lot of interested customers.
Apart from winning new customers, UBERT intended to intensify their existing business in the Middle East market. UBERT has already realized several complete conceptions in the Middle East.
