UBERT Clean Air Mobile - Flexible, transparent Frontcooking
The CAM, a stand-alone frontcooking-counter with integrated air-exhaust and odour trap, is the ideal solution for difficult frontcooking situations. With its outstanding look it is a perfect combination of design and efficiency. As the air-exhaust works only from the front we achieve ultimate flexibility in sidewise extension. Almost any width can be realized and this clearly separates us from our competitors.
The key feature of the unit is its efficiency, because all uprising smoke and odours are caught by its elaborate filtering system. Its rather low overall height as well as the design glass shelf on top of the unit ensures that the customer can communicate with the operator and – at the same time – can watch his dish being prepared. The operator furthermore can use the glass shelf for placing plates and dishes.
The counter is suitable for all UBERT-equipment up to a height of 300mm. Stale air is being cleaned by highly efficient and maintenance-free active charcoal filters, situated in the unit’s corpus. UBERT has put emphasis on easy setup as well as optical design of the unit so that it becomes enrichment for the customers’ frontcooking area.
