Reaching temperatures of up to approx. 350°C directly at the grate, the grill ensures juicy meat products with distinct sear marks and premium grilling quality. The V-grate surface reduces dripping fat by up to 50 percent. This means less smoke, less cleaning effort, and a more controllable grilling process. For the guest, what matters remains: an appetizing product with an authentic grilled look.
