Seamless snack line units for improved hygiene and reduced cleaning effort
The seamless snack line units from UBERT GASTROTECHNIK GMBH are designed for operators who require efficient workflows, high performance, and easy cleaning in their day-to-day business. The system was developed under UBERT’s leadership and has been consistently optimized for practical use over many years.
The decisive advantage is the continuous cover plate. The system can be cleaned much more quickly without annoying joints, transitions and dirt edges. Fat, crumbs and liquids do not settle unnecessarily. This saves time, improves hygiene and reduces the effort required during ongoing operations.
Depending on the location, concept, and energy supply, the units can be implemented in electric or gas versions. Operators also enjoy flexibility regarding the base: with a base, without a base, or customized to suit on-site workflows.
A key practical feature is the upstand on three sides. It acts as a clean barrier against grease, dirt, and liquids, while also providing a stable base for mounting extractor hoods directly onto the unit. It is a technically sound solution that simply makes sense in everyday use.
The result is snack snack line units that not only look good but, above all, function effectively: hygienic, robust, flexibly configurable, and designed for high-volume operations. For operators, this means less cleaning effort, better working conditions, and a system that reliably withstands the rigors of daily snack service.
Thus, the price for the seamless snack unit is calculated from items 1 + 2 + 3 according to the diagram. The units listed below in the price list under snack units with seamless cover are assembled in one unit according to the desired capacity or existing room size. Your system is assembled from left to right, as seen from the operating side.
The prices for all selected individual units from the price group snack units add up to the total unit price.
Only the front dimensions (width) of the individual units give the total length of the unit. The price for the system base is calculated according to the total length of the assembled system. To do this, multiply the metre length of the installation by the corresponding price item on the associated price list page and get the price for the entire base.
All prices for additional equipment can be found on the corresponding price list page. The prices for length and shape of our extraction hoods can be found on the ventilation systems pages of the price list.
Always plan the panel to be installed for the automatic electrical control or the gas central connection below the worktop where there are no drain taps. Furthermore, we recommend the space to the right or left of the fryer for the installation of fries drawers. The drawer is fitted in the upper part of the base. The space underneath the fryer is suitable for storing the grease drain can and the filter strainer. If you still have questions despite our instructions, please call us.
