The rotisserie is uniquely equipped with Wireless Radio Technology (WRT), i.e. with permanent core temperature measurement including real cooking time adjustment via wireless core temperature sensors (optional). For ideal cooking times and perfect grilling results!

3 heating systems – infrared, convection and steam injection – in one unit. Pass-through design for professional work according to HACCP Efficient and closed 4-jet convection system. Convex, frameless panoramic double glazing for perfect insulation and safety.

200 subdivisible programmes. Boost function and monitoring of the heating elements. USB interface for backup and restor of all programmes and customer settings. Planned LAN connection for external creation/modification of cooking programmes. Operating hours counter and monitoring of the grease collector. Password-protected programming and parameterisation level. Any language can be installed. 8 spit or basket positions with a capacity of 40 to 48 chickens.
