Behind this name, there are extremely flexible and resistant hot plates, that combine three important features: Straightforward and functional design, appealing and flexible food presentation, warming according to HACCP-standards.
The modules can be used individually or arranged easily to create a seamless presentation area. This area can be equipped flexibly and continuously. Pans, pots and ceramic bowls can be placed at discretion and are kept warm on the large surface. This reflects a gastronomy spirit because the offer can be arranged according to the time of day.
The Thermoflex-holding modules can each be individually regulated. This is a perfect way to keep different food products hot at optimum temperature whereas plates which are not required can be switched off. The food is presented in a sales-promoting way on the matt black presentation surface and thus achieves its optimum effect.
With the optional combination of the modules, creative presentation ideas can be realized easily and fast. The elegant design of the modules focuses on functionality, so the devices can be used in a wide variety of areas.
The devices are individually equipped with a digital control, which allows for accurate degree settings. The connection cable is located underneath the device and can be conveniently led out in all directions.
The robust glass surface is scratch-resistant and can be easily cleaned with a cloth and gentle agents. The units’ seamless finish ensures easy cleaning. The units can alternatively be supplied with corpus in elegant black.
The Thermoflex holding modules can also be supplied as a built-in version on request. In this case, the digital control can be positioned freely.
