Optimal heat retention for crispy, crunchy products thanks to sophisticated, electronically controlled heating technology that evenly covers each individual drawer over its full depth. The hot air flows all around the products. Heating is achieved by a targeted gentle and soft supply of hot air. This successfully minimizes drying out of the products. For each drawer, 2 count-down timers with acoustic alarm function are integrated, adjustable to the minute. The drawers, each with two product compartments, run on sturdy telescopic full-extension slides.

Compact holding cabinets for modern front cooking and optimal use of space. Due to their compact design, these devices fit into any kitchen. Optimized holding by static SmartHeat technology. Heating is provided on all sides by extra-flat and powerful panel heaters that guarantee gentle and even heat throughout the unit. At an ideal temperatrure range of 65° to 75°C, the products are kept hot and fresh and are ready for dispensing at any time. Minimum weight loss, optimum product quality. All units can be flexibly loaded on the basis of 1/1 GN. All units are additionally available with independently controlled humidification for even better hot holding climate and greater variability.
